Korean cars are left-hand drive, which is the first thing that decides whether a market works. That makes Korea a natural fit for the Gulf, Central Asia, the CIS and continental Europe, and a poor fit for the right-hand-drive markets. The second thing is the tax and rules at your end, which we work out with you before you buy.
The markets we focus on
These are the routes we run regularly, with a market guide for each as we build them out.
The honest world map
Every destination forks on the same things: whether Korean left-hand-drive cars can register there, how long the sea leg runs, and the tax stack on arrival. These rules change, so we verify your exact country before you buy.
| Region | Korea fit | Sea transit | The note |
|---|---|---|---|
| UAE & the Gulf | Good, left-hand drive | ~2 to 2.5 weeks | Fastest route from Korea; non-GCC conformity step, via Jebel Ali |
| Kazakhstan & Central Asia | Excellent, left-hand drive | ~3 to 4 weeks | Sea to China then rail; 2 to 4 year cars are the sweet spot |
| Russia & the CIS | Excellent, left-hand drive | By route | One customs union, cars move freely once landed |
| Switzerland & the EU | Good, left-hand drive | ~5 to 7 weeks | No standard EU conformity, needs individual approval; lands via a German port then overland |
| East Africa | Poor, needs right-hand drive | Longer | Most of the region drives on the right side of the car; Korean cars usually cannot register |
| UK & Australia | Poor, needs right-hand drive | Longer | Right-hand-drive markets; buying from Korea rarely makes sense |
If your country is not listed, ask. We ship worldwide from Incheon, and the real question is never whether a car can be moved, it is whether it makes sense once the steering side, the age rules and the landed cost are on the table. We do that math with you before you commit a cent.
How a car reaches you
The shape is the same everywhere. We source and inspect the exact car in Korea, buy it in your name, and handle the deregistration and export. The car is wrapped, sealed in a container and shipped from Incheon, insured on an All Risks policy for the full landed value. At your end, customs and registration follow your country's rules, and we hand you the full cost in the open before anything moves.
