The M4 is the two-door version of the M3, sharing the same running gear in a coupe or convertible body. This is the G82 coupe and G83 convertible. It slots at the top of the 4 Series and rivals the Porsche 718 and the Mercedes-AMG coupes. You can have it rear-drive or with M xDrive all-wheel drive, and the hardcore M4 CS sits above the standard cars. It makes a good Korea buy because well-kept Competition and CS examples come up below newer stock.
It drives just like the M3, fast, grippy, and sharp, with the convertible trading a little stiffness for open-air fun. Inside it gets sport or carbon bucket seats and a curved twin-screen dash. The standout is the M4 CS, a lighter, harder, more powerful version above the regular cars.
