The Panamera is Porsche's large four-door, a full-size luxury car that drives like a sports car. It rivals the Mercedes-AMG GT four-door, the Audi RS7 and the BMW M8 Gran Coupe, and it blends back-seat comfort with real pace. From Korea it is a strong buy because there are recent, high-spec examples, including hybrids, at prices under Europe.
It is long and roomy yet turns in tight and stays flat through corners. The GTS V8 and the hybrids are seriously quick. Inside it is quiet and richly trimmed, with wide screens and a low, driver-focused feel. The standout is the split personality. Limousine calm one moment, sports car the next.
