Peugeot is one of the oldest carmakers in the world, based in France and part of the big Stellantis group. In Korea it built a loyal following with small diesels and stylish SUVs that feel different from the German and Japanese norm. The cars lean into looks, ride comfort and clever cabins rather than raw power.

The signature is the i-Cockpit layout. You get a small steering wheel and a high digital display you read over the top of the wheel, not through it. Most Korean cars are the frugal BlueHDi diesels or plug-in and full electric versions. Buying one out of Korea means low-mileage, well-kept examples at prices that often beat local stock.
