The Z4 is BMW's two-seat soft-top roadster. It is a proper open sports car, low and wide, built for weekend roads and sunny drives. Rivals are the Porsche 718 Boxster and the Toyota GR Supra, which actually shares parts with the Z4. Korea is a good place to buy one. Roadsters get light use there, mostly fair-weather miles, so cars are clean with tidy tops and low mileage.
The cloth roof drops in about ten seconds, even on the move at low speed. The sDrive20i is light and fun, while the M40i adds a smooth inline-six that turns it into a seriously quick car. Inside it is snug and driver-focused with a clean twin-screen setup. The standout thing is the open-air feel with a roof that folds fast and looks neat up or down.
