The X2 is the coupe-shaped version of the X1, what BMW calls a Sports Activity Coupe. This new U10 generation grew a lot and now looks like a shrunken X6, low and sleek. It plays against the Audi Q3 Sportback and the Mercedes GLA and CLA. As a Korea buy it is a sharp-looking premium crossover that still keeps a usable boot.
On the road it is the sporty one of the small BMW SUVs, keen to turn and firm in a good way. The cabin uses the same Curved Display as the X1 with the newer operating system. The standout is the M35i at the top, a properly quick 300 PS version with its own look and a real hot-hatch feel in an SUV body.
